Absolutely. We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and never shared without your consent. Only verified employers can view your profile, and all platform activities are logged for security.
Click "Hire Talent", then select "Create Account". Fill in your company details including company name, GST number, Corporate Identification Number (CIN), and contact person information. Submit for admin approval.
We verify every employer to protect our candidates from fraudulent job postings. This manual review process ensures that only legitimate companies can access candidate profiles and post jobs on our platform.
Yes! As an employer, you can add multiple team members through the Add Team feature in your dashboard. Each recruiter gets their own login credentials but shares the company's download quotas.
Resume download quotas are managed at the company level, not per recruiter. When any team member downloads a resume, it counts against the company's total quota. Contact our admin to increase your quota as needed.
After approval, log in to your dashboard and click "Post a Job". Fill in the job details including title, description, required skills, experience range, location, and work mode. Your job will be visible to candidates immediately.
