"Candidate" refers to individuals seeking employment opportunities through our
platform.
"Employer" refers to companies, recruiters, or organizations posting job
opportunities.
"User" refers to any person accessing or using the platform, including Candidates
and Employers.
"Content" includes profiles, resumes, job postings, messages, and any other
materials submitted to the platform.
"Services" refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided by
TilmaHire.
3. Our Services
TilmaHire provides an online platform that connects job seekers with employers. Our services include:
Job posting and management for employers
Profile creation and job application for candidates
Resume management and visibility controls
Candidate search and filtering for employers
Application tracking and status management
Communication tools between candidates and employers
Clear Non-Monetization of Jobseekers: TilmaHire does not charge candidates for resume
visibility, recruiter access, or basic job applications.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without
prior notice.
4. Eligibility
To use TilmaHire, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
Provide accurate and truthful information
For Employers, you must additionally:
Be authorized to represent the organization you register
Have a valid business registration (GST or Corporate Identification Number (CIN) preferred)
Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
5. User Accounts
5.1 Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activities that occur under your account.
5.2 Account Security
Use a strong, unique password
Do not share your login credentials with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Log out from shared or public devices
No Forced App Installation: TilmaHire does not require mandatory installation of any
application, biometric verification, or device-level permissions to access core services.
5.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent
activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.
Human Review Guarantee: Any account restriction, suspension, or access limitation
triggered by automated systems is subject to human review upon user request.
6. Candidate Terms
6.1 Profile Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile, including:
Your real name and contact details
Accurate work experience and qualifications
Truthful skills and competencies
Valid and authentic resume/CV
6.2 Resume Visibility
By uploading your resume, you acknowledge that it may be viewed by approved employers. You can control
visibility settings through your profile preferences.
Strict Resume Access Gating: Candidate resumes are accessible only after employer
verification and only when the candidate applies to a job or explicitly enables visibility. Public
resume access is not permitted.
6.3 Application Conduct
Apply only for positions you are genuinely interested in
Do not submit false or misleading applications
Respond professionally to employer communications
7. Employer Terms
7.1 Registration & Approval
Employer accounts require admin approval before activation. You must provide:
Valid company information and registration details
Authorized contact person details
Legitimate business email address
7.2 Job Postings
All job postings must:
Represent genuine employment opportunities
Contain accurate job descriptions and requirements
Comply with equal opportunity employment laws
Not be misleading about compensation, location, or job duties
Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected
characteristics
7.3 Resume Access & Quotas
Access to candidate resumes is subject to quota limits. Employers must:
Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes
Not share, sell, or distribute candidate data to third parties
Respect candidate privacy and preferences
Handle personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
Explicit “No Commercial Reuse”: Employers shall not use candidate data for
marketing, lead generation, database building, training AI/ML models, or any purpose unrelated to a
specific, genuine hiring requirement.
Limited Employer Snapshot Policy: Employers may view only the minimum profile
information required for recruitment decisions. Bulk viewing, mass downloads, or database-style
access is prohibited.
Employer Liability for Data Misuse: Employers act as independent data controllers
once candidate data is accessed and are solely liable for any misuse, breach, or unlawful
processing.
⚠️ Warning: Misuse of candidate data, including unauthorized sharing or commercial
exploitation, will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Impersonating another person or entity
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform
Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data
Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
Circumventing security measures or quota restrictions
Engaging in any form of employment discrimination
Posting job listings for pyramid schemes, MLM, or illegal activities
Explicit Anti-Spam Commitment: TilmaHire does not permit unsolicited bulk
communication, recruiter mass outreach, or automated messaging to candidates.
AI / ML Training Prohibition: TilmaHire does not permit scraping, extraction, or
use of platform data (including resumes, profiles, messages) for training artificial intelligence or
machine learning models by any user or third party.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Data Collection
We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including:
Contact information (name, email, phone number)
Professional information (resume, work history, skills)
Account credentials and preferences
Usage data and platform interactions
9.2 Data Usage
Your data is used to:
Facilitate job matching and applications

TilmaHire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of user-submitted information
Quality of candidates or job opportunities
Success in finding employment or hiring
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TilmaHire shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Actions or content of third parties
Employment decisions made based on platform information
Note: We are a platform that facilitates connections. We do not employ candidates or
guarantee employment outcomes. All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of India
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the
Platform.
